Uther has been a gamer from a young age, and regularly plays with friends. At college, he studied Game Development, Esports, and Counselling, combining his passion for gaming with skills to support and connect with people. He currently helps to run TeamForge, Quest Mentoring’s online community gaming project, creating safe and engaging spaces for young people to come together.

Uther is a natural mentor who connects easily with others. He has achieved very high ranks in games like Valorant and Marvel Rivals, showing both skill and dedication as a team player. His courses in counselling and his lived experience with mental health challenges give him unique insight into how games can support wellbeing and build strong connections.
