Sam has built his career in training others and youth
development. He has served as a team leader teaching life skills in schools, a group leader supporting teens and young people, and a facilitator for youth clubs. These roles have given him an understanding that allows him to connect
with young people of different ages, needs and experience.

With a strong foundation in communication and personal development, Sam helps people build skills that they can apply to everyday life. His professional experience has equipped him with the ability to engage effectively, listen with intention, and adapt his approach to each young person. Sam shapes each session around the young person’s goals, strength, and preferred ways of interacting. His knowledge of training design enables him to work with mentees to create a flexible pathway for growth.
