Meet the Co-Founder: Alexander Brown

Alexander is the co-founder of Quest Mentoring with over 17 years’ experience as an entrepreneur in gaming, events, and technology. He specialises in building systems and programmes that turn creative ideas into scalable solutions, drawing on both professional expertise and lived experience growing up with a deafblind autistic brother. His work focuses on creating inclusive, game-based learning that builds confidence, teamwork, and life skills for young people.

Expertise
Alexander specialises in operations, project design, and gamification. He has built and managed large-scale events, including live action roleplay (LARP) for over 100 participants, and developed systems that teach leadership, teamwork, and adaptability through structured play. At Quest Mentoring, Alexander combines this entrepreneurial mindset with his passion for accessibility, designing engaging programmes that blend narrative, inclusivity, and skill-building, helping young people thrive in supportive environments. Alexander’s understanding of accessibility is rooted in lived experience. Growing up alongside his brother, who is deafblind and autistic, gave him a profound appreciation of the challenges families face in support, respite, and short breaks, an insight that only those within such environments can fully understand.
