Background: Tess Timbury
Tess has been dealing with a disabling illness that has affected them since secondary school this lead them to have very low attendance during secondary school and Sixth Form, this in turn made Tess very socially isolated due to the lack of interaction without school. During this time Tess developed a passion for gaming online as it gave them a safe place to interact and be themself around others that also have went through similar experiences, letting them forget about their illness from time to time. Having experienced this, Tess became very conscious of how online gaming and communities can help people who are struggling socially for many reasons and made them want to try be a part of something that can help others that have been in similar situations
